What opportunities does the YCC "Selet Batyr" give
  • Preservation and revival of the village as a socio-cultural community with a deep history and rich ethno-cultural traditions.
  • Increasing the attractiveness of the village (especially for young people) as an educational center and the gradual revival and restoration of a comprehensive school with a kindergarten.
  • The functioning of the IOC "Selet-Batyr" as an interregional educational and leisure activity center due to year-round educational and recreational specialized shifts, forums, conferences, festivals, regular preparatory courses for the Unified State Examination, for Olympiads, advanced training courses in various specialties (including courses for accountants, programmers, beekeepers, etc.).
  • Increasing the commercial attractiveness of the village and the region for investors through promising projects directly related to the activities of the YCC "Selet-Batyr": rural tourism, the production of souvenirs from local white and blue clay, the opening of pilot plants related to the cultivation, processing of agricultural products, the manufacture of bread bakery and culinary products, garments and their sale.
  • Creation of conditions for the return of people from the village by providing them with jobs, cultural and leisure opportunities, educational and business projects.
  • Further growth of the village through the development of cultural, leisure and museum-tourist infrastructure: the opening of a museum and educational complex with a tourist hub, the arrangement of a youth park, the restoration of two apple orchards with an apiary, the restoration of springs.

Kzyl Chishma village
The village of Kzyl Chishma has always been famous for its comprehensive school, professional teaching staff and strong graduates, among whom there are many figures of science and education, culture and art, builders, engineers, economists, power engineers, businessmen and leaders of various ranks, who have achieved wide recognition for their professional work.
Thanks to the diligence and efforts of the villagers, many of whom were awarded high government awards, the village was famous for its high yields and animal husbandry. In spring, the village was buried in greenery and flowers, and in summer and autumn - in the fragrance of two apple orchards in the middle of the village. The swift-footed horses of the Leninets collective farm glorified the village with their victories at the Sabantuy races.
